Testing of Ethernet controller

Hi All!

            I am new to the list.

I am writing a driver for a on-chip MAC controller exactly similar to TC35815 chip. Can anyone please tell me that how can I test it thoroughly.

 Mainly I have to design the test bed keeping in view the following points.

 

1. Throughput of 10/100 Mbps
2. Interrupt and polling modes.
3. And functional test
