[PATCH][2.6] Update NEC VRC4171 PCMCIA driver

Hello Ralf,

I updated the patch for VRC4171 PCMCIA driver.
This is the latest driver for VRC4171 PCMCIA.

This patch exists for HEAD of linux-mips.org CVS.
Please apply this patch.
