Hello.

It is a static extension for Windows, build with compiled in current Ming-CVS, freetype2, giflib,
libpng and libz libraries. It can be loaded easily with gem install ming-ruby command. Before
compiling Ming-CVS has been patched with Philip de Nier patch
(http://bugs.libming.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84) fixing  the implementation of filled lineStyle2.

On the project site, http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=428 there is also ming-ruby-examples
package, which is used both as a tutorial and a test suite. A lots of sample files found
on different places in the Internet, rewritten into Ruby, having also full authorship notes
and links to the original examples, written mostly in PHP or Perl.

Some people reported troubles with compilations and dependencies, so this release
is focused on users, who simply would like to start programming at once with Ming and Ruby
on Windows platform.
