Not sure that would make sense in general if the source SVG document doesn't 
contain all the information needed to describe a flash component. I guess a 
separate script could combine the output of svg2swf with actionscript files, a 
manifest etc. to output a .swc zip file. 
However, svg2swf would need to include the necessary identification 
information in the .swf file to link the assets within it and the actionscript 
classes for example. An initial example of this is the --create-sprites option 
that creates sprites (movie clips) for SVG elements with an id attribute and 
the sprite name equals the element id.
