JPEG not displayed in FlashLite 1.1 (Ming 0.4.2)

Hi,

I have found that JPEG images are not displayed correctly in FlashLite
1.1 device. (I used newSWFMovieWithVersion(4), so it will be
compatible with FlashLite 1.1.)

I have attached the patch file to be applied on Ming 0.4.2. Please
examine and apply it to cvs source.

The problem was that Ming writes JPEG encoding table and image data
into a single stream (between a single set of SOI and EOI.) Old "Flash
File Format SDK" states that JPEG encoding table and image data should
be written into two separate streams. Recent "SWF File Format
Specification Version 9" is not clear about this point.

The patch fixes the problem, but JPEG images are always written into
two separate streams. I'm not sure if Ming should choose to write into
a single stream or two separate streams depending of the swf version
set. Flash Player 9 can display JPEG images written in either way.
