For source code you may use listswf_d (the _d suffix is for decompile).
Or you may use any of swftoperl,swftophp,swftocxx,swftopython,swftotcl.

Those tools lack manual pages, feel like drafting some ?
You may use docs/man/makeswf.1 as a template (the only manually-edited
man page we have in repository, all the rest are autogenerated for
documenting the API).
