maillist.html is the main page. I just create a soft link to index.html
(ln -s maillist.html index.html).

Or you can use the IDXFNAME resource to define the filename. The
command-line option is  -idxfname filename and more details are
at: http://www.mhonarc.org/MHonArc/doc/resources/idxfname.html
