html tags in capital

Hi,

 A very happy New Year to you all.


In mhonarch I was looking out for an option, wherein
the hmtl tags created in threads.html and
msg*****.html files will be always in upper case. FOr
eg. instead of <hr> I want to have it <HR>. 

Is this possible in mhonarc? Please help
