Not really:
perl -n -e 'print $_ if s/^message-id:\s*//i;' popfile
spits out all message-ids in a file. Hence, if you want to delete
all associated messages in a archive, do:
mhonarc -rmm `perl -n -e 'print $_ if s/^message-id:\s*//i;' popfile`
