MhonArc/PHP

I have a quick question.  I'm trying to incorporate
MHonArc into a site I run which is using php
(Postnuke.)  I've
getten everything to work using a resource file to
insert the needed php code into the headers and
footers, but I am having a problem isolating the last
error:
Warning: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers
already sent (output started at
/home/www/nolagay/no20something/threads.php:2) in
/home/www/nolagay/includes/pnSession.php on line 195


I getthis error right after these lines:

I'm thinking it might be due to the line:
<!--X-Content-Type: text/plain -->

I dont see any way to change these lines... Id like to
see if one of them is causing this error.  Any
suggesstions?

Also...  Id like to see a command line switch that
would force explicit URLs... or set a URL prefix so
that instead of "msg0001.html" we'd get
"http://www.server.com/path/msg0001.html"; or just
"/path/msg0001.html"
