Probably nothing.  I am guessing it is the data.

It depends on how mailman stores the messages.  MHonArc works best
when given the original raw message data.  Some mail systems that archive
raw messages sometimes strip out useful information, including MIME-related
information.  If this is the case, there may not be enough information
for MHonArc, or any MIME-aware product, to properly decode the message.

Note, I prefer to keep my web archives independent of whatever
mailing list software is being used.  I recommend using a special
user account that is subscribed to the mailing lists you want archived.
Through that user account, you use MHonArc, and any other tools, to
create and update the web archives from the raw mail sent to the account.
The mharc web archiving system (a link to is provided on the MHonArc
homepage under Extras) is designed to work this way.

No.

If you can make the "message.txt" file available, we can examine it
to know for sure if it is properly formatted wrt MIME.
