I added support in v2.5.3 for converting ISO-8859-15, but I forgot
to add it to the default CHARSETCONVERTERS resource. So, if you
are using v2.5.3, you can add the following to your resource file
to get ISO-8859-15 conversion:
<CharsetConverters>
iso-8859-15; MHonArc::CharEnt::str2sgml; MHonArc/CharEnt.pm
</CharsetConverters>
