Not in this case.  I'm looking directly at the source message in the
MH folder (which is the first quote line) and comparing it to the
generated file from MHonArc (which was the second quoted line).

To repeat, it is:

  All newly created objects inherit by default from $NEW_OBJECT

vs:

  All newly created objects inherit by default from

RC's are at:

Command line is:

  /usr/bin/mhonarc -add -modtime -rcfile ${RCDIR}/base.rc -outdir ./ $message_file
