Documentation Bug in 2.4.7

Hi,

I've recently started working with MHonArc, which is an excellent package
- thanks to all involved.  One point though, there appears to be an error
on the layout.html page of the documentation:  In the "Thread index page
resource layout", a TSUBJECTBEG .. TSUBJECTEND section is shown as coming
after the TSUBLISTBEG .. TSUBLISTEND section, whereas it actually seems to
come inside it just before the TSUBLISTEND - a significant difference.
