Issues with N900 (keyboard backlight, leds, jack sense)

I used RX-51_2009SE_10.2010.13-2.VANILLA_PR_EMMC_MR0_ARM.bin and RX-51_2009SE_20.2010.36-2_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin
There isn't any headphone logo when I connect the headphone.

If it's an hardware issue i'll have to send it to Nokia Center. What will they do ? Give a new one / Fix mine / Give my money back ? How long will it take ?

Thx
Jérôme

If you've already tried flashing it, I guess that means you have hardware issues.

Which version of the rootfs and mmc did you flash?

Also, when you connect the headphone, do you see the headphone logo appear at the top?
