I was just thinking that the point of Moblin was to develop software optimized for mobile Intel processors like Atom. But I hadn't considered that--this makes an Atom-based IT sound likely. Intel knows about handling hardware. Nokia is more about UIs, so each is going to focus on their strengths. BTW, maybe in the no so distant future we will see a Nokia mobile phone with an intel based processor.
