Thanks for the link.

What are regulatory domains used for? Is it to decide which wifi channels you have the right to use depending on your location? If it is that, then using channels <= 11 could help, although it would be great that Nokia, an European company, would fix this problem.

Is it annoying enough to *not* buy a device?
