Hi, It may take a few minutes until the package appears in the extras-devel repository. It will only show up on downloads.maemo.org after it went through the extras-testing QA phase and entered the extras repository. You have to promote your package to extras-testing first [1] (the promotion link might take some time to appear), and then collect enough votes from other testers.
