I think I saw it myself long time ago when we developed Diablo but it
wasn't reproducible back then.  It looked like a kernel bug because the
message is shown based on a key in sysfs.  You could hack "hulda" (in
ke-recv-extra package) to not show it. The sources are here:

It's in sysfs_change function that "otg_last_error" code.
