If you set up Bluetooth networking and can ssh into the tablet, then
yes.

(Personally, I haven't managed that.  I installed some Maemo Bluetooth
PAN package and had no idea what to do next.)

You could connect both the Nokia and the laptop to the hotel network and
use rsync.  If manually figuring out IP addresses is too much pain (it
is for me), you could set up Avahi to have DNS autodiscovery:

That's not how Bluetooth works.  Only one of the Bluetooth profiles is
usable for IP networking, and, AFAIU, once you got that set up, that's
exactly what you get.
