tried that, they cant help. from what i suspect, the 770 screen was some 
kind of custom job nokia had done for a limited set, and one batch, that 
seems to be mostly related to usa (damn it expansys!), had a faulty 
control chip.

basically, getting hold of a screen thats not already inside a 770 will 
be hard. and thats why nokia either refuse to fix on some technicality, 
or supply a N800 or some other leftover product...
