I guess, "I wouldn't hold my breath" would be the turn of phrase I'd use. Outside of the US, the spectrum used by WiMax is often highly regulated. I'm not sure of other European countries, but the UK is having some kind of auction at some point (or maybe had one?) but either way, it's not something that looks likely to happen within the lifetime of the N810.
