Try visiting the original download page - http://stardict.sourceforge.net/download.php They have the description there: "WyabdcRealPeopleTTS package make StarDict pronounce those English words. It is just many .wav files. In Linux, you can extract(tar -xjvf) the tarball at "/usr/share/".
