"airplane mode" for traveling

Well, Bluetooth uses the same spectrum as 802.11 B & G WiFi, but at
lower power levels.  I have no idea about airline rules on that. 
However, the pilot always has the final word.  If he says no, it means
NO!  I've been on flights where some things are allowed and some where not.
