I guess you mean the specs of the N800? In this case it was 2GB per
card at the release time. Meanwhile (since Firmware version 
RX-34_2007SE_4.2007.26-8_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM, released in july) it
officially supports up to 8GB SDHC-Cards.
