N770 in Canada?

I live in Montreal. Can anyone advise me how I should go about
abtaining an Nokia N770? So far I've found two on-line stores,
Tiger Direct and pure mobile.

The first has a better price, and offers an extended warranty (for
extra cost), but when I look up their repuration online, about 5% of
customers say they never want to deal with the again, for reasons
ranging from
*they got the wrong thing shipped and Tiger's customer support line is
unresponsive to
*they places administrative hurdles that made the extended warrantee
useless
  * they sometimes ship from the U.S. instead of from Canada, using UPS,
which results in ridiculous customs brokerage fees.

The second doesn't offer any warranty at all, except for a ten-day
dead-on-arrival one. No complaints from customers, but only twenty or
so responding to the reputation site I looked at, so that's not
statistically significant.

In both cases it looks as if the only real warranty is form Nokia. How
good is Nokia at honouring warranties in Canada for a device they don't
sell in Canada?

Any advice or further suggestions?
