upgrade n800 using a Mac?

Jonathan,

770Flasher.app is probably what I'll end up using.

Do I have to install version 2 and then version 3 and then version 4
of the firmware? I'd rather frogleap from version 1 to version 4.
Is that advisable?

Is there some secret to removing the SD cards? I'm afraid that I'll
break the machine if I yank 'em too hard. Is it okay if I pull 'em
out with tweezers?
