incremental backups for your device with rdiff-backup

Done.
You can install it with AI now. It's in 'Tools' category.
So, no worries about xterm, wget and all that steps anymore, just a couple of clicks and
you will have it :)

I didn't manage to add it to application catalog thought. 
I think it's just not possible at the moment. I'll do that later when they fix this.
