I've been told that I'm not the only one with a 770 that quite often crashes when charged.. I enabled logging and here is what happens before it reboots: May 19 12:21:13 bender DSME: process '/usr/bin/bme' with pid 279 exited with signal: 11 May 19 12:21:13 bender DSME: '/usr/bin/bme' exited with RESET policy -> reset It's always bme.. Does anyone really know what bme really does? Battery management but isn't the charging usually done in HW? Oh, another thing.. My wife's 770 often won't start charging. I connected terminal to the serial port.. it prints messages like "no battery present" to the console when it refuses to charge. Warranty void already so I guess there is nothing I can do about it.. -as
