Some 4GB cards do work (I have 2x4GB right now in my N800 without using a third party kernel). A full battery charge on the N800 will give you a bit more than 4 hours of video (with minimum screen brightness). I of course would like SDHC supported, but my first vote is for bluetooth headset support so I can get rid of the !*$=@! cable first when travelling :).
