video conferencing - ekiga

I understand now that the N800 supports *only* jingles, but this does not 
answer my question.

Is there a known way to get the output of the video cam to a linux desktop 
(given both IPs are known)?

E.g. by running the Nokia win app in wine or even streaming raw data to a 
linux desktop should work in a 54 mbit/s WLAN...
