Impact on 770/N800 Software on DST change in the US?

Apparently this has not been "anticipated" for Canada. I have my "home city"
set to "Vancouver, Canada".

Running the command "zdump -v /etc/localtime |grep 2007" tells me "Sun Apr
1" but it should be saying "Sun Mar 11".
