N800 is sometimes impossible to unlock

I'm not sure if it is the same problem but when using soft power off on 
n800 then after waking up sometimes no key works. It is problem when you 
have some app full screen and you cannot go back to home screen or task 
navigator. What helps is ejecting the camera which runs Internet call 
and suddently keys start to work.

Not sure what it does when keys are locked.
