[maemo-users] configuring a proxy on N800

Proxy settings are system wide.

>From Control Panel, Connectivity.
Click Connections
Choose a connection to add a proxy to, and click edit.
Next, Next, Advanced
Setup your proxy

I've tried searching for this in "Help" previously, and all I got was the
context sensitive help, assuming I was already at the location to enter a
proxy... Not very "Help"ful.
