I installed the osso-xterm on my N800, but it has the same bug that text entry in handwriting mode is messed up, each character is inserted multiple times as you type new characters. The solution on the 770 is to install the osso-xterm (advanced), but reports are that that xterm doesn't work on the N800 yet.
