[maemo-users] MMC Filesystem becomes read-only after a while

I have a problem where the MMC becomes a read-only filesystem after a period
of time this means that I can't write to the device. I can ssh into the box
so I guess I could configure better the fstab

rootfs / rootfs
       defaults,errors=remount-ro,noatime 0 0
/dev/mmcblk0p1 /media/mmc1 vfat
         rw,noauto,nodev,noexec,nosuid,utf8,uid=29999 0$

Any idea what could go wrong here?

So if I get an mmc, I can instantly write to it, however after a small
period of use it gives me a 'Permission denied' error once I try to save to
it.
