I don't advise you to always start dropbear (too much risky). It's better to:
1) add the following lines to /etc/sudoers (be careful not to brick your
device):
user ALL = NOPASSWD: /etc/init.d/dropbear start
user ALL = NOPASSWD: /etc/init.d/dropbear stop
2) Install "CPU/Mem/Screenshot applet with run command" from...

... and add shortcuts for "sudo /etc/init.d/dropbear start"
and "sudo /etc/init.d/dropbear stop"
