[maemo-users] Filesharing over 802.11

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

John/Humberto,

Apple's OS X does support CIFS file sharing on which both Samba and
Microsoft file sharing are based. Here is just one reference that
discusses Apple's OS X SMB/CIFS client:

http://www.samspublishing.com/library/content.asp?b=Mac_OS_X_Unleashed&seqNum=233&rl=1

Although I have not used it, I am sure that OS X also has an SMB/CIFS
server as well for interoperability with Microsoft clients.

Best Regards,

John Holmblad
