[maemo-users] Can't write on mmc -- update

Hello list,

I noticed that I can't write on my mmc. I checked mount to find out if the mmc got mounted as read only. Well, looked okay, but dmesg gives me the followin:

...
AT: Filesystem panic (dev mmcblk0)
[ 117.857055] fat_get_cluster: invalid cluster chain (i_pos 0)
[ 117.857147] File system has been set read-only
[ 117.935119] FAT: Filesystem panic (dev mmcblk0)
[ 117.935211] fat_get_cluster: invalid cluster chain (i_pos 0)
[ 118.072204] FAT: Filesystem panic (dev mmcblk0)
[ 118.072265] fat_get_cluster: invalid cluster chain (i_pos 0)
[ 118.167205] FAT: Filesystem panic (dev mmcblk0)
[ 118.167266] fat_get_cluster: invalid cluster chain (i_pos 0)
...

Lookes like the filesystem got a punch during the countless crashes the itos06 causes mostly due to use of web browser and mulimedia. Do I have to unplug the mmc to fsch.vfat it on my linux desktop? No other way? Imagine being on the road and ...

Any help and hints are wellcome. Thank you!

Cheers Krischan

PS: Please don't be puzzled when another mail with the same sub comes in later. I used my wrong mail adress as sender. Now the mail is locked until the list admin gives it free (membre only list) thanx. :-)
