I don't know what the European car power socket situation is (I'm in the U.S.), but I found one online at a cell-phone accessories retailer that was advertised as compatible with the 770--I'm sure it's compatible with other Nokia products too. I ended up getting it for about $5, which was basically the cost of shipping via the U.S. Postal Service--the actual charger was only a penny. I did a search on one of those comparison-shopping sites. I still have the packaging around here somewhere if you want me to dig up a model/part number. Regards, Andrew Barr
