[maemo-users] Plugged in USB, not booting

Sorry for the cross-post.

Just got my Nokia 770 today and I love it so far, but I ran into a
snag. I plugged the Nokia into my computer via USB to copy some new
packages over. I then accidentally shut down the Nokia, and it won't
boot anymore neither unplugged nor plugged in.

Trying to start the device plugged into the computer via USB produces
the following messages:

Slick # tail -f /var/log/messages
Apr 10 18:58:13 Slick usb 2-3: new low speed USB device using ohci_hcd
and address 3
Apr 10 18:58:13 Slick usb 2-3: device descriptor read/64, error -110
Apr 10 18:58:13 Slick usb 2-3: device descriptor read/64, error -110
Apr 10 18:58:13 Slick usb 2-3: new low speed USB device using ohci_hcd
and address 4
Apr 10 18:58:13 Slick usb 2-3: device descriptor read/64, error -110

Windows also says the USB device is malfunctioning.

Anybody have any ideas how to reset the device, or otherwise fix this
condition I would very much appreciate it. I'm just itching to do some
Nokia .NET development. :-)
