I know that i'm semi retarted but i cannot get my .profile to work correctly as root. When i try to add /var/lib/install/usr/sbin and those directories to my .profile and then i type export $PATH i get this error export: 4: /bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin: bad variable name thats not even the end of the value of PATH either.
