Hi Tom -

I used to see this (only) when entering passwords.  I haven't seen it
for a while, as I
a) turn off capitalisation in the vkbd settings GUI and
b) use the incredibly useful gestures available in lowercase (and
uppercase, but what's the point? :-) ) mode:
