Unfortunately no.

How popular EAP-TTLS really is? Are there networks which support only
EAP-TTLS and not EAP-PEAP (which basically has the same functionality)?

I need something concrete to show that EAP-TTLS is really needed before
I start requesting this feature. If people, who need EAP-TTLS in 770,
could mail me privately so I can show that it's really needed. If
possible, describe why and where would you need it. Something in the
lines "Kalle's pub at Oxford street in London only supports EAP-TTLS and
I can't use 770 in that place" or "the foobar's radius server only
supports EAP-TTLS, not EAP-PEAP".
