[Patch nf] ipvs: initialize tbl->entries in ip_vs_lblc_init_svc()

Similarly, tbl->entries is not initialized after kmalloc(),
therefore causes an uninit-value warning in ip_vs_lblc_check_expire(),
as reported by syzbot.
