IT8502 support

I note there is already one request for support for the IT85xx sensor / 
fan control. I would like to add my name to the request list and also 
offer a $100 donation if you can get it to work. I have a HP Mini 
110-3744 that contains this sensor. I am running Arch Linux i686 with 
lm_sensors version  3.3.1. Also happy to test / provide extra info. 
Would understand if there was no interest in this.
