sensors and fan control not working on w83627dhg

Hi all,

sensors and fan controlling is not working properly on a Tyan S6631 
motherboard, which their support don't help.
The fans are always making a very *loud* noise.
The system has 5 fans plus fan(s) on the power supply.

Bellow i am attaching info on the system and a photo of the sensors chip.

If anyone have any tip on how to proceed to make sensors work (and reduce the 
fan noise) will be very appreciated.

Please CC me as i'm not subscribed.
