You won't find the answer in the datasheet. The thermal sensors are
external, each board maker is free to put them wherever they want.

The CPU temperature can usually be spotted by putting heavy load (e.g.
compilation or audio/video encoding) on the CPU. The CPU temperature
would raise faster and higher than the others. The comparison with the
k8temp values, and the fact that this is the highest value reported by
w83627hf, would suggest that temp3 is the CPU temperature. Which would
leave temp1 and temp2 for case temperature. Pretty cool, but you'll
know if it is possible or not.

Second hint is to compare with what the BIOS is printing.

PS: if you have slow fans, try increasing the div values to 4 or even 8
and you may get their speeds.
