Thanks for replying.

The hardware is embedded PowerPC board equipped with
DDR2 SORDIMM module from Micron. The module
datasheet indicates it has temperature sensor. See

There's a JEDEC standard for temperature sensors in mobile DDR
modules. I know that OpenBSD has driver that supports it.
