Hi, Jean Thanks for replying. The hardware is embedded PowerPC board equipped with DDR2 SORDIMM module from Micron. The module datasheet indicates it has temperature sensor. See http://www.micron.com/products/partdetail?part=MT9HTF6472RHY-667 There's a JEDEC standard for temperature sensors in mobile DDR modules. I know that OpenBSD has driver that supports it. Felix.
