[PATCH] hwmon: (asb100) Various cleanups

* Drop history, it's incomplete and doesn't belong there
* Drop unused version number
* Drop trailing spaces
* Coding style fixes
* Fold long lines
* Rename new_client to client
* Drop redundant initializations to 0
